Smoky Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Barrel no. 51 Smoky Bourbon BBQ Sauce grew out of a desire to do something with my boys. As the speed of life continued to rob me of time with my sons, I was determined to have an activity that would bring us together.
With all of us having a flare for cooking, we decided come up with the best BBQ sauce possible. We tried lots of different combinations, and finally lit on what has become our best offering, Smoky Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
We weren’t concerned with coming up with a sauce that was cheap to make, we wanted the best. You can look at the ingredients of our product, and you’ll find no water, no preservatives, and no thickeners. We wanted a sauce that we could be proud of, and we hit the nail on the head. Barrel no.51 is a low sodium, all natural product that you can enjoy on anything that calls for a rich Smoky punch.
Smoky Bourbon gets its taste from fine Kentucky Sour Mash Bourbon, a unique blend of spices that aren’t usually part of a sauce, plus a special smoked paprika that is exclusive to our product. No other BBQ sauce has our combination and unique flavor.
You’re going to love it from the first bite. As my wife says, “Barrel no. 51 isn’t the most expensive BBQ sauce you can buy, but it is the best”.
Robust and Spicy BBQ Sauce
In response to a large number of requests, we also developed a robust and spicy version or our award winning sauce.
I’ve had some sauces that seemed to rip the roof off your mouth, leaving you barren of taste sensation for days. While we wanted to have a nice spicy version, we didn’t want to mask the great flavor with tongue searing heat. The result is a blend of different chili’s, all chosen for their distinctive flavor balanced with heat. We think you’ll find the Robust and Spicy a nice change in the long line of hot sauces. You’ll experience the rush of heat, but you’ll also enjoy that unique flavor that has made Barrel no.51 a leader in the BBQ market.
As with our original Smoky Bourbon BBQ Sauce, Robust and Spicy version is low sodium, made from all natural ingredients and is preservative free.
